many people are looking for ways to have some extra cash on hand in this economic uncertainty that we live in. The internet provides opportunities for individuals to have their own little empire . The problem is it is also filled with junk and false promises of unrealistic goals. Many people just get burnt out with information overload from the emails they get promising them what they want which is a way to make money on the internet. But some people do not realise what it takes to make money or how to even go about starting the process. knowledge is leverage on the internet and leverage is power to accomplish your goal there are many people that have been successful there is nothing saying that you may not be the next one but take it one step at a time.

Are you searching for a way to ether increase your monthly earnings or to make additional money from home in your spare time? Maybe you're looking for a career change or maybe in this tuff economy you just can't find a job and out of desperation your looking to make money on the internet.

Have you been just bombarded with program and promises of riches every day something new and shinny that promises to be the answer your looking for. it's time to step back and get things into prospective. Yes people make money on the internet all day long and you are one of their best customers likely if you're buying items on their list. If you have not made any money it's not your fault it's because of information overload and not knowing what direction to go. Some things that you need to address right now are What is your start up budget $50 -$100-$500- $1,000 or more because let's get real you need some type of advertising budget the smaller the budget the more work you will need to do on your own. This is only a suggestion if you have under $250 for advertising on and off line I would start with a free blog (just do a search and you can find many places you can get a free one) and start out by promoting affiliate products were you are doing nothing but trying to provide traffic to a affiliate site. The affiliate site has the responsibility for producing and delivering the product and handling all customer concerns so you don't have to.

1 how much or you looking to make per month because that will coincide with the amount of work you will need to do despite what some of the claims state. You do not put up a blog or website and all of a sudden have thousands of potential customers clogging up your server or someone else's. You have to market you have to promote and adversities.

2 How much time do you have to put into any activity on the internet? because that will correlate to the amount of success you have. You need to be realistic and set yourself out a clear and concise time frame for what you are going to do on any given day.

this is only a small list of possibilities that don't even account for social media sites like Twitter and Face book to name only two, and does not account for placing paid ads on any site and does not include placing ads on Google or yahoo or MSN to name a few.

3 Even if you are just doing this part time get your head around this is a business and any successful business has a plan of action and a blue print even if it's written on a napkin. no matter how successful you want to be you need a plan of action based on how much you want to make, how much time and effort you want to or can commit to it. and the other variables of how the product or service converts and pays you.

My advise if you have limited cash to invest at this point then to stick to one niche that you know such as weight loss or health or whatever it may be that holds interest to you. This way if you have a blog you can write about the topic much easier and products and services you promote will be easier for you to identifiy with and maybe write a product review. Take your time and learn what you need to learn to be successful. Now the bottom line is if you really want to be successful in internet marketing or affiliate marketing you need to learn from the pros on what they are doing or have done to be successful and once you start to see results that you want repeat the process. people have made money just with their blogs and Google adsence My main point is there are ways to make money but the reality is you only have so much time and can only put in so much effort to start small and gain the knowledge you need only seems logical.

The thought of working from home appeals to many people however some have unrealistic expectations and fall into the hype that's out there. Put it this way the last thing I do in the day is check my email because I do not want to be distracted from the next biggest and greatest things. I want to focus on being successful in what I am doing before looking at being successful at something else. Pick one maximum 2 things that you want to work at and start there then build with momentum you may be surprised at what you can accomplish.
