ok I am not a writer

ok I apologise and with out getting into any excuses just the fact I have a learning disability and were it comes out is in writing. my punctuation sucks and it appears like one big sentence. That's because I just want to get the content so to speak out I am sorry if it causes you pain to read, but hope the content is worth it.
